01 Eligibility and Account Registration

hot51 is intended exclusively for players located in the Philippines. To register and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be accessing hot51 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of hot51 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended hot51 account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on hot51. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified through name, address, payment method, IP address, or device — we reserve the right to close all but one account and void any associated balances or bonus amounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. hot51 will verify your identity through standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, which may include requesting a government-issued ID and proof of address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

02 Account Security and Responsibility

Your hot51 account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed or transactions processed. Specifically:

• Keep your password and OTP codes confidential at all times.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify hot51 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

hot51 uses SSL encryption and OTP-based verification to protect your account. However, the security of your login credentials remains your responsibility. hot51 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account details.

03 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and account balances on hot51 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We accept deposits through local payment methods including Philippine online banking and mobile banking transfers, as well as local e-wallets. Specific available payment channels are displayed in your account cashier.

• Deposits must be funded from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• hot51 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods for gaming transactions.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are shown at the time of transaction.
• hot51 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

If we have reason to believe a deposit is fraudulent, came from an unauthorised source, or is part of an attempt to abuse the platform, we reserve the right to withhold the funds pending investigation and to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed full KYC verification, we may hold your withdrawal until verification is complete.

• Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Withdrawal requests must be for an amount that does not exceed your available real-money balance after accounting for any applicable wagering requirements.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• hot51 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time the bonus was awarded.

Attempts to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system errors, or collusion will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

hot51 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

06 Game Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets available on hot51 — including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section.

• Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your selections before confirming.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round or live bet, the outcome will be determined based on server-side records, which are final.
• hot51 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by manipulation, errors in odds, or events that did not proceed under normal conditions.
• Maximum bet limits may apply per game, market, or event and will be shown in the relevant section.

All game outcomes on hot51 are generated by certified random number generation systems. We do not manipulate results and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any player on any game.

07 Responsible Gaming

• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or pricing mistakes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documents during verification.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund an account or place bets.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through the platform.

hot51 actively monitors for suspicious activity. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. hot51 reserves the right to withhold any balance in a suspended account until the investigation is concluded.

09 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your hot51 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no investigation is pending.

hot51 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• Account activity suggests fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, hot51 reserves the right to retain any balance as partial or full recovery of costs or losses incurred as a result of that breach.

10 Limitation of Liability

hot51 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• hot51 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues outside our direct control.
• hot51 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using hot51, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

Continued use of hot51 after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
